Spiro Trail. Spiro is a 3.1 mile trail on Park City's west side that climbs 1400 vertical feet to the Midmountain Trail. This page describes several different loops and EPIC rides you can access via the Spiro Trail.

Stansbury Island Mountain Bike Trail. Narrow singletrack climbs over rocky mountain on the Great Salt Lake's Stansbury Island. Significant climb, intermediate to advanced technical. Views overlooking west, south, and east. Lower altitude, southern exposure dries quickly after storms. Season February through December.

Steam Mill Canyon - Steep Hollow. This is a loop ride of about 11 miles, with 2000 vertical feet of climbing involving some push-a-bike. Altitude around 8000 feet. Season July through mid-October.

Suicidal Tendencies. This trail starts off the little loop at the top of Sidewinder in the Santa Clara riding area, dropping through a small valley to a loop on top of the next mesa. It has some technical spots with steep exposures and tight switchbacks. Season year-round.

Eagle Crest (Suncrest southside singletrack). Singletrack hugs the oak-brush hillsides below the southern edge of the Suncrest homes atop Traverse Ridge. Eagle Crest trail is hree miles, intermediate technical, and can be done as an out-and-back. Option of advanced 10-mile loop including DH, Bonneville Shoreline, and Clarks. Season May through November.

Sundance. Ski-lift served biking on singletrack at Sundance Resort. Singletrack through forest and meadows, great downhills. Intermediate technical. Some short loose rocky tracks on the upper mountain require good skills. Season June through September.

Sunshine Loop. Gravel road with singletrack "main event" forms a loop right at the Arizona border southeast of St. George. Easier-intermediate technical, light climbing. Season year-round.

Swett Ranch. Cruiser dirt-road scenic ride on the south side of Flaming Gorge Reservoir at 7400 feet elevation. 700 feet elevation change. Season June through October.

Temple Mountain. Doubletrack route offers two loop rides: around Temple Mountain and west of the San Rafael Reef, or through the Reef and around the mountain. Uranium mines, views. Moderate climbing with some steep sections, intermediate technical, length around 10 miles. Season late April through November.

TG Classic Loop Up Tour des Suds to Moose Bones, across to TG, then down to Johns 99, Johns, 4:20, then Gravedigger for a big 13-mile tour of some of Park City's best. Significant climbing, upper-intermediate technical. Season July through September.
