Flat Cable to Johns99 Loop. 12 mile loop through Sweeney's to Flat Cable to Loose Moose to Drift Road to Apex Connector to Flat Iron to Link to Johns99 to Johns to South Sweeney's. Moderate climbing, intermediate technical. Complex navigation. Season July through September.

Flat Iron Mesa. Easy dirt-road ride (except when it's raining) to a great view over Kane Springs Canyon and Hatch Wash. 7 miles, about 800 feet of climbing out-and-back. Season March through November.

Floating Rocks. Here's a 13-mile route around the mesa north of Price that hits all the fun trails in the Luke's Trail area. Also described is a slightly larger 16.5 mile option. 1500 vertical of climbing, upper-intermediate technical with a couple of short advanced-tech spots. Season March through November.

Flume Trail. Check current conditions! This ride, in Vernal's Dry Fork Canyon, offers options for short or long, tech or easy. The epic out-and-back is 20 miles with 1600 feet of climbing. June through October.

Foreman Trail. The Foreman Trail is a singletrack loop originating in the Lodgepole Campground near the top of Daniel's Canyon south of Heber. The loop is four miles but has a tough climb and some technical features. This is a nature-interpretation trail with periodic plaques. Season July through September.

The Forest Lake trail is a short and steep singetrack from Ridge 157 down to Forest Lake. Loop option on dirt road.

Gambel Oak Loop. This southeastern Park City loop uses the easier singletrack Gambel Oak to climb, then rocks through narrow advanced tech trail around the mountain. Option of Lost Prospector to eliminate some of the technical section. Light climbing. Season May through October.

Gemini Bridges. Gravel road from Highway 191 to the Gemini Bridges. Easier technical but a few stiff climbs. Season February through November.

Glenwild Loop. This loop lies across the freeway from Park City. Easier technical, moderate climbing. One of the earliest trails to open in Park City in the spring. Variable ecosystems. Season mid-May through October.

Golden Spike. Advanced-technical trail shared by jeeps. Lots of open rock, ledges, stunts. Advanced technical, significant climbing, must be reached via Gold Bar Rim trail or Poison Spider Mesa Trail. Season February through November.
