Dead Dog Loop. Sections of technical singletrack joined by doubletrack to form loop in the Book Cliff area just outside of Price. Intermediate technical, one extreme-tech section. Occasional moderate climbing. Season March through November.

Dead Horse Point (East Side Trails) Three riding options of different lengths. Fun and satisfying for experienced riders, yet non-threatening and non-brutal for beginners. At 6000 feet, it's much cooler than Moab. Located in the state park, entry fee required. Open year round; recommended riding season mid-March through November.

Deadman's Ridge This is a short technical singletrack within the Brand Trails system. It connects the Bar M and southern end of Lazy-EZ to the northern end of the Bar B, then to the Longbranch, then down to Old 191. Riding season mid-March through November.

Dee Pass Loop (Green River). Loop in the desert south of Green River combines singletrack, dirt road, and ATV track. Intermediate technical. Occasional moderate climbing. Remote area. Season March through November.

Deer Valley. A Must-Ride Classic! Lift-served trails in Deer Valley Resort. Variety of singletrack of differing difficulty, some doubletrack. Some trails offer upper-advanced level technical with stunt opportunities. Connections to other Park City area trails. Season July through September. See also Pipeline Village Loop

Devils Racetrack. Technical ATV-type trail, runs along Devils Racetrack chasm, and under spires and castles of colorful sandstone. Interesting riding and fantastic views. Upper-intermediate to advanced technical, moderately strenuous aerobic, moderate climbing. Out-and-back, easier rides possible by turning back sooner. Season late April through November.

Jumps and Ladders. AKA Dinotrax DH. Tech downhill trail with man-made stunts near Red Fleet. Access across from Jass-Chrome Molly trailhead.

Dowd Mountain. 10.5-mile loop climbs Dowd Mountain overlooking Flaming Gorge Reservoir. Mostly doubletrack with about three miles of singletrack. Easier technical, mild climb. View of Flaming Gorge, on into Wyoming. Season June through September.

Draper Bike Park (at Corner Canyon). Fun two miles of XC trails with cyclocross features, plus pump track, skills area, jump loops and downhill flow trails. Season March through November.

Elk Park. Located just southwest of Flaming Gorge. Combination of ATV and dirt-road riding for beginners and families, plus a challenging loop ride for experts. Season July through September.
