BST from Slate Canyon to southern Springville. Includes a description of the small Slate Canyon Bike Park at the northern end of this BST segment.

The Farm Farmington trail system. Foothill trails organized in short loops ranging from experienced beginner to high expert. Around 8 miles to ride everything. Season early May through November.

Raceway at Green Valley. This race loop starts in the valley between the Bearclaw Poppy trailhead and Green Valley, just southwest of St. George. Moderate climb, intermediate technical. Season year-round.

White Reef and Leeds trails (Red Cliffs Recreation Area). Very easy singletrack running north-south through red dirt. Easy both aerobically and technically. Fee per car. Season year-round.

Grafton Mesa Singletrack. Unofficial paths on Grafton Mesa. Grafton Mesa is a loop of singletrack with stunts, not sanctioned or authorized. Ride at your own risk. Season March through November.

Grafton Mesa. Doubletrack to viewpoint, then steep drop down old coach road (eroded into singletrack) to the valley. Steep tricky descent. Loop 9.5 miles in length with 1100 elevation gain, top altitude 5000 feet. Located just outside Zion National Park. Season late March through late November.

Grafton Wash is an unofficial ride that links the Grafton Mesa singletrack trails to Gooseberry Mesa's northeast rim (Gander trail).

Doubletrack ride with some singletrack sections, in Virgin River Gorge within La Verkin.

Guacamole Southeast Trails (Highway 9). Add-on trails at the southern end of the Guacamole Loop, Lime with a Twist and Holy Guacamole. Expert level technical, not much climbing.

Guacamole Trail (Highway 9). Singletrack and open slickrock riding. Intermediate to advanced, with plenty of stunt opportunities. Around 8 miles in length, little elevation gain -- a lot of quick ups and downs. Located just outside Zion National Park. Season February through mid-December, winter when dry between storms.
