Spanish Fork Canyon has a classic ride at Three Forks, with connections up to the Strawberry area, plus the new trail system at the canyon mouth.

A red-hot destination for all types of cycling. The ultimate winter mountain biking destination. There's always something you can ride here, even in January.

Stansbury Island. But this area includes motorized trails in the Stansbury Front mountains, which only the toughest mountain bikers will ride.

Tooele has trails in Settlement Canyon. With the whole back-side of the Oquirrhs on the edge of town to the east and the Stansbury Front off to the west, Tooele has potential.

The eastern Uintah Mountains are more remote, so you'll usually ride here while camping. Most of the Uintahs are wilderness and off-limits to bikes. But here are a few trails to consider.
