Jackalope
Jackalope is a loop ride just west of Vernal. It climbs from McCoy Flats to a ridge overlooking the city. The clockwise loop is 8 miles, with an altitude change of 1000 vertical feet, finishing at 6300. The ride is done clockwise, starting with And Cookies for 1 mile before hitting Jackalope. The climb is steady and fairly mellow. The descent has some loose rock on the upper mountain requiring some bike-handling skill.
