I was riding up Clark's today around 11:15 and before I reached the top ('corral where Brocks, CC road and Rush trailheads are located') I came across a scary sight....15-20 bikers surrounding someone getting CPR with the Sheriffs just arriving. I hope whoever it was came out of it OK....didn't look good. Any updates on his/her condition?

A friend of mine was the first on scene. Pulse was weak so they began CPR until paramedics arrived. When the paramedics arrived they couldn't find any vital signs and declared him deceased.
It appeared to be natural causes and not from a crash or anything.
My friend said he appeared to be in his sixties riding an Sworks Epic. Anybody know who it might have been?

My wife (pink Titus) was riding up there about that time. She said there was a white sheet over the body & a bunch of emergency vehicles.
It's 6:51pm & not a peep of news about it, at least on KSL.

I was up there around 3pm and the area was clear. Didn't have a clue anything had even happened, until I read this post. Sad sad day.

Sad for his friends and family to have lost him. At least he left doing something he enjoyed. I only hope to draw my last breath enjoying life, not in an old folks home drugged up. Either way, 62 is too young!!

Sucks for the guy and family.

Reporting equivalently sucked. "Dies after falling" headline makes it seem like he suffered fatal injuries due to the fall. From the other posts here, it is apparent the cause of death was a stroke.
